1 Month Retrospective after leaving Amazon to start Nayru
Last month, I resigned from Amazon after an exhilarating journey from warehouse manager to Sr. Technical Product Manager in 4 short years. I left behind high pay, full ownership of a large product suite, and an enticing growth trajectory because I saw an opportunity to help a generation of product talent meet a pivotal moment in the history of technology.
I founded Nayru to ensure Product Managers grow with AI, not be replaced by it. Today’s job market is just an early indicator of what is to come — a bifurcation of knowledge work — where A-players focused on growth will be earning higher salaries than ever before while everyone else falls behind the skill curve.
